陳貴堂,教授,博士生導師。2006年6月畢業于中國農業大學食品科學與營養工程學院,獲工學博士學位,同年7月到伟德官网下载客户端任教至今。2014-2015年美國羅格斯大學食品科學系訪問學者。主要研究食品及藥食同源品等材料中生物活性物質的藥理活性與保健作用機理,尤其是功能成分與人類慢性疾病的關系,同時采用先進的物理、化學和生物學技術,研究功能性成分的高效分離和富集、活性保持和增效,為醫藥、保健食品開發提供各種功能因子。擔任國家自然科學基金評審同行評議專家、教育部科研基金和科技獎勵評審專家,在國内外期刊上發表科研論文80多篇,申請專利10餘項。
