研究方向:

1. 基于多樣性導向合成方法,圍繞生物活性類天然産物進行分子優化、虛拟篩選和體内外活性評價,推進具有臨床應用潛力的自主新藥研發;2. 探索綠色化學合成技術在藥物合成中的應用,發展藥物綠色合成新方法,開發藥物綠色制造新工藝。近年主要從事抗腫瘤類天然産物分子設計、合成與構效關系,生物活性多肽合成與純化等方面的研究工作。

社會兼職:

擔任European Journal of Medicinal Chemistry, Bioorganic Medicinal Chemistry等著名國際學術雜志審稿人。
